    Street Taco Station

    Cascading Chip Display: Tortilla Chips, Blue Corn Chips, and Tortilla Wedges.
    Toppings Include: Grilled Vegetables, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Jalapenos, Red and Green Salsa, Cotija Cheese, Cheddar, Roasted Corn, Limes, Fresh Cilantro, Mini Flour Tortillas, Mini Corn Tortillas and Taco Shells.
    Choose up to three hot items:
    Choice of Shredded Beef, Shredded Chicken, Shredded Pork, Cabo Shrimp, Diced Steak Fajita Meat, or Diced Chicken Fajita Meat.

    We will also include a bowl of chopped Romaine for anyone wanting to make a salad.

    Italian Station

    Multi-Colored Pasta served with Blackened Chicken or Hand Rolled Italian Meatballs
    A choice of three sauces: Marinara, Alfredo, or Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato sauce, Cajun Fricassee, Scaloppini or Marsala.
    Garden Fresh Tomato Caprese Salad.
    Toppings to include: Artichokes, Black Olives, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Sauteed Mushrooms.
